I have attended two of Kathy’s StrengthsFinder workshops and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I ever had. She not only talked about each individual strength, but helped us to understand how we can utilize and leverage these strengths. Kathy made sure that the audience was engaged in the activities, which helped us in knowing more about ourselves and about our teammates. She is an excellent communicator and illustrator—able to deliver a complex topic in a very efficient and effective way. She made sure to answer every single question and gave actionable advice that can lead to both individual and team success.
