Kathy has consulted as a Leadership Coach at Meta (Facebook) for several years, and I had the good fortune of benefitting from her coaching. When I joined Meta’s Infra Silicon ASIC team, I realized that Meta’s unique work culture was very different from that of a typical semiconductor company (which defined all of my past experience before joining Meta).
