I had the good fortune to have Kathy Kersten come to Comcast to deliver a pilot strengths finder training program for our Marketing and HR members. I knew Kathy to be a creative, fun and professional expert at Rackspace and jumped at the chance to introduce Gallup Strengths Finder to key executives at Comcast. She did not disappoint. This is must have training for any organization and the team continues to reference these strengths in meetings and discussions.
