Must-Have Training
I had the good fortune to have Kathy Kersten come to Comcast to deliver a pilot strengths finder training program for our Marketing and HR members. I knew Kathy to be a creative, fun and professional expert at Rackspace and jumped at the chance to introduce Gallup Strengths Finder to key executives at Comcast. She did not disappoint. This is must have training for any organization and the team continues to reference these strengths in meetings and discussions. I would highly recommend Kathy for any organization that is looking to increase teamwork, work on strengths and improve their results!

Kathy did not ask for this recommendation, but it’s been 2 years since she facilitated a training for our organization and I still think about the efficacy of the entire event on a regular basis.
