Kathy has consulted as a Leadership Coach at Meta (Facebook) for several years, and I had the good fortune of benefitting from her coaching. Kathy did not ask for this recommendation, but it’s been 2 years since she facilitated a training for our organization and I still think about the efficacy of the entire event on a regular basis.
